My solar isn't working
In dark, for 3 days, in the bad storm, when energy went off the solar did too. The sun came out, no power. The system flashed and went off!

Solar panels have not worked sinc the day they were installed. I want HELP
- - Customer service was unhelpful and refused a technician.
- - Discontinued panels installed.
- - West-side install; contract breached.
- - Incentive promised; never worked.
Customer service was disagreeable and would not send a technician to look at my system. First of all, they put discontinued panels on my house.
I was promised black-on-black panels, but received silver grided panels. Secondly, they put all 30 panels on the front(west) side, rather than some on the east facing roof, as per contract.
Thirdly the salesman lied upon lies.
Example: I would receive a check in the amount of $15,340 from the federal government as a green energy incentive. Never happened.
Finally, the system has never worked in 4 years.

- No help to fix any issues

- - Asks for contract copy and in-person contact; says signing was fraudulent.
You guys came to my neighborhood on foot, knocking on our doors, explaining the benefits of solar panels. I have yet to see those benefits and it's going on two years.
I have tried to contact you people to speak to someone, which obviously you don't want to do, and the fact that the contract that you had me sign was signed under fraudulent pretenses. Therefore, I would like a copy of that contract and I would really like to speak to someone in person instead of going through this AI system that you have. My number is 404-397-****. Please give me a date when that paperwork will be mailed to me. I would appreciate it.

- - Hail storm on 6/23 destroyed panels, roof and gutter.
- - Panel removal on 10/23 for roof replacement.
- - Panels still in piles in yard as of 9/24.
Keep saying they have contacted Homeowners insurance company, yet untrue says claims rep that followed up with me Monday. ADT has not given documentation to prove their claims. I now have yet another ADT solar manager that called and yelled at me, on Friday saying he only wanted to know if I was planning to pay the 3 different amounts, he says I owe them yet will not provide me with documentation or the math to prove any one of the amounts I supposedly owe them.
Hail storm 6/23 destroyed my panels, roof, gutter etc. Finally sent someone out 10/23 to remove panels so roof could be replaced.
Then wanted $20k more than was calculated to insurance claim without explanation. Now 9/24 still have panels in piles in my yard.
Loan holder states they will prosecute me for ADT not taking responsibility. How am I responsible for paying for trash?
